ManyMessage (“we”, “our”) provides a SaaS inbox for Instagram Professional accounts so businesses can manage Direct Messages and comments.

Data we process

Account email and authentication data for panel login
Instagram Professional profile identifiers, usernames, and access tokens you authorize
Messages, media metadata/URLs, comments, and automation rules needed to operate the inbox

How we use data

We use this data solely to provide Live Inbox, comment moderation, automations, and human-agent escalation for the business that connected the Instagram account.

Story media

Story mention media is displayed from temporary Instagram CDN URLs and is not stored as binary files on our servers.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is processed with Meta Graph APIs as needed to provide the service you request.

Retention & deletion

You may disconnect Instagram accounts and request deletion via our Data Deletion page.
