Service

ManyMessage is a messaging operations panel for Instagram Professional accounts owned by other businesses. You must have authority to connect each Instagram account.

Acceptable use

Comply with Meta Platform Terms and Instagram messaging policies
Provide a human escalation path for customers (Take over / Return to bot)
Do not spam, scrape, or abuse Send APIs

Human Agent

When using the HUMAN_AGENT message tag, you confirm a human agent is handling the conversation and that the reply is within Meta’s allowed window.
